The past week has been crazy busy with last minute Christmas shopping. I think we got it all done and now for the wrapping marathon. Thank goodness I don’t have to ship anything - we’ll be seeing all the family in person either on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Since I cooked on Thanksgiving, my sister is taking the turn to cook on Christmas day. It will be nice to be able to relax and enjoy myself all day. Of course, I’ll cook a few things and bring them with us - but the most of the work will be on someone else this time.

Anyways, I hope Santa finds his way to your house and is very good to each of you!

Even if the devil herself ran for President I would still be happy for the fact that a woman is running for President. For too long women have not had the chance to run this country, and in my opinion, Hillary Clinton is the perfect woman to run for President. Not just because of all her strengths, but also because her husband is Bill Clinton, who will be by her side.

I am sure with a strong female voter turnout, Hillary could easily win the election to become the next President of the United States of America. I think it is time we tried more for diplomacy and spend more money at home instead overseas. I am sure that is some of what Hillary Clinton has in mind, should she become the next President of the United States

Have been warming up by the fire this week every night with a good book and my laptop close by. Have not been much in the blogging mood. This time of year has me so busy doing things around the house and for the family, I hardly have any time to be creative and blog about anything. But just wanted to keep the blog alive, so to speak, and ask you the readers what you like most about this time of year and why? I like being around family I have not seen all year and when it snows I love going sking.
