When my son leaves for his studying in South Africa, I am going to have to buy some international calling cards to be able to keep in touch with him while he is gone.  I found a website, therichcom.com that sells phone cards to South Africa.

When I went to their website and typed in South Africa for the country that I would be wanting to call, I was very surprised to see that they had twenty pages of calling cards available to order, (most pages had nineteen cards listed on each page!) with various connection fees, minutes, and rates.  That’s a HUGE number of cards to choose from!  I have never used a calling card before; I’ve always just picked up my phone and dialed direct.  I guess I’m going to have to learn a new skill!

Next fall, my youngest son will be going to South Africa for the semester.  I am thrilled for him to have the opportunity to travel, but I’m also terrified for him.  Or should I say I’m terrified for ME?  That is probably more truthful.  I like have my kids close by, and it scares me when they are far away. 

My sister knows what a coupon fanatic I am, and she just discovered a coupon website that she thought I should know about, so she sent me an email about it.  She knows that my hubby and I would like to take a vacation sometime soon (if and when the money situation gets a little bit better) and she found great promotional codes for American Airlines on this website that she thought we might be able to use when planning for the vacation we would love to take.

The website she told me about is www.1-coupons.com.  Of course, I had to go check it out for myself right away!

I must have spent over an hour browsing through this website!  This shopping site offers thousands of promotional deals, bargains, coupon codes, and promotion code offers!  So many of the offers are from very well known reputable stores that I already use a lot of the time.  I’m really quite surprised at all the great deals that they have on this site.  

I love the website; it has a lot of links to great coupons!  I can use this site to get coupons to buy billiard table accessories for my hubby’s den.  I can use it to buy my next pair of comfortable shoes for work.  And, I can use it to buy new jeans for my sons!

When the Sunday newspaper comes, I head straight for the coupon sections.  I don’t care about the TV Guide, or the Comics, or even the latest news.  Give me the coupons!  I want to save as much money as I can save!

My cousins love to play paintball!  Every chance they get to go play paintball, that’s where they are!

I don’t know that much about paintball, but they love to tell me all about where to go to buy the best gear and get the best prices.  I guess they think that if they share that information with me, I’ll go out and buy some gear and join them.  (I don’t think that is EVER going to happen!)  Or maybe they think my sons will join them.  (Probably a little bit better chance of that happening!)

Anyway, they are constantly sending me emails with information and links to all of their best and most recent finds.

Their latest find is an online paintball store called Ultimate Paintball, at pntball.com.  Apparently they think this is a great source to buy cheap paintball guns , and that will encourage me (or my sons) to get started in the sport too.
